BB Classes Description and Schedule

CLASS DESCRIPTION

  • ASSESSMENT

Initially to establish programming that reflects your abilities and goals, you must complete an assessment which evaluations your posture, body injuries and joint range of movement.

  • STRENGTH and CONDITIONING

This class will increase your strength, power, endurance, work capacity and recovery ability.

  • KINSTRETCH

Kinstretch focuses on body control through all ranges of motion while simultaneously building strength and flexibility.

CLASS SCHEDULE

 

Kinstretch

Mondays 7-8pm and Thursdays 8-9pm

Wednesdays 6-7pm and Saturdays 10-11am

 

Strength and Conditioning

Mondays 8-9pm and Wednesdays 7-8pm
