Initially to establish programming that reflects your abilities and goals, you must complete an assessment which evaluations your posture, body injuries and joint range of movement.

This class will increase your strength, power, endurance, work capacity and recovery ability.
Kinstretch focuses on body control through all ranges of motion while simultaneously building strength and flexibility.
